Reserved exclusively for our group, this private island retreat is a once-in-a-lifetime experience where nature is the luxury.

Thanks to the Paulsen family, owners of Little St. Simons Island, you’ll witness the results of their remarkable contributions to conservation and preservation. Their partnership with the St. Simons Land Trust has safeguarded these breathtaking ecosystems for generations to come. This all-inclusive retreat offers an intimate experience across 11,000 acres of untouched wilderness, featuring naturalist-led adventures, gracious hospitality, and stunning landscapes. This weekend escape a unique blend of beauty, adventure, education, and coastal environmental preservation.

Details:

• Cost: $1,150 per person (includes lodging, meals, transportation, activities, tax, and gratuities).
  The Island Newcomers Club has secured a discounted group rate for this exclusive experience.
• Accommodations: 16 rooms (min/max 32 guests).
• Sleeping Arrangements: 10 rooms offer twin bedding options. Singles will be paired as best as possible, given the short timeframe.

Logistics:

• To facilitate a waiting list, the system will display more tickets than are available. When you register, payment will not be requested at this time. This ensures we can confirm exactly 32 participants, giving preference to 4th-year members who RSVP by December 6, 2024.
• Membership Requirements:
  • Couples: Both attendees must be members at the time of payment.
  • Singles: No guests permitted at this time.  Pairings for sleeping arrangements will be made at a later date.
• On December 7th, payment requests will be sent via email to registrants with confirmed spots. Payments must be completed by December 10th to secure your reservation. Failure to meet the payment deadline will forfeit your spot, which will be offered to the next person on the list to ensure we can maintain our booking.
• Updated to allow waitlist of former island newcomers and guests.  Deadline of December 8th.

This often is booked out 12-18 months in advance.  Please note: this is the only available date for this experience during the 2024-2025 Newcomer year, and the island must be reserved in its entirety to secure the booking.
